Love the take home ice cream options and the muffins are amazing!

Refused to take my order over phone. When I get to location to order my bag of burritos she informs me she just switched to lunch, and begins turning her breakfast signs over to lunch. I asked why they could not take my order over phone she says well yall may not show up for the order. But I have order over the phone at this location before. Im guessing it just depends on who's working. Usually happy with my local Braums but not today her customer service was very lacking. Walked out disappointed. Hope they get someone else to work front counter who will actually work with the customer. Off to Whataburger I go.

No inflation at Braums. Breakfast for two was like under twelve bucks. Good food, good prices, awesome.

The only Braum's in Boomtown USA (Burkburnett Texas) & i have to say they know how to make some good food. But much more on their ice creams and dairy products. That is always the top-notch, went comes to dessert like ice cream.

The food was fresh and hot and the fella that took our order had the best customer service and made sure my order was correct he deserves a raise!

My girls love the ice cream by the scoop. Plus this restaurant/market always have the food items we need. Staff take care of customers with a smile every time. I highly recommend Braums

A good while back, my dad and I used to have lunch at Braum's. I haven't been there in a while and I thought I would go in for one of their good burgers. Today was not the day to walk down memory lane. I purchased the deluxe cheeseburger combo with lettuce, pickles and onions. Very disappointing. The burger was not in the least warm, the cheese slice was not melted at all. There was one strip of onion and small bits of lettuce, good amount of pickles. The sauce was very sloppy on the bun and there was so much of it that the vegetables were soggy with no taste. The fries were somewhat warm. The chocolate malt was the only thing worth the stop.

Good service

Wildly inconsistent. I recently had two visits in a row with exceptionally good food. Today I waited 15 minutes for my food, so I expected it to be hot and freshly cooked. Instead, what I got was lukewarm and stale. The manager offered me a refund, but I don't want free food. I want good food. Even if it's great two thirds of the time, I would rather eat somewhere else.
