Didn’t give the ice cream I wanted when I had waited for 2 weeks for me and my son to get a flavor and me and him don’t like chocolate regularly and we asked for hot chocolate flavored ice cream but got chocolate no marshmallows nothing this place is terrible I bought a ice cream machine online and it honestly tasted better when I made hot chocolate ice cream and y’all suck at y’all’s jobs y’all need to get that if y’all get paid money y’all deliver the exact order requested

Went for the first time, just passing through and hoping to grab a bite. Once we walked in, nothing but judgemental stares from the staff. I'm definitely not stopping here again. if i had to sum up my experience here with one word, it would definitely be "Racists."

Not that great

Have you ever seen an episode of the old tv show "Twilight Zone"? That's what we felt like after we went into this place. We asked if they had a lettuce wrap. Not one person that worked there and there were about 5 at the counter had any idea what we meant. I proceeded to tell them we were talking about leaves of lettuce in place of a bun on the sandwich, and explained for medical reasons my wife couldn't eat regular buns. The reply was that they only had shredded lettuce even though the pic of the sandwich in the window showed leaf lettuce. We then asked if they had gluten free buns and they looked at us like we were aliens. It was like these people had not made it out of the 20th century.
Don't know whether it was just this one or all Braum's that don't have gluten free buns. It would behoove them to start carrying them, or at least offer a lettuce wrap in place of the bun. Some national chains have been offering lettuce wraps for almost a decade.
We definitely won't waste our time stopping in this Braum's again.

Just picked up Braums in Burkburnett, nice to see it remodeled but the food still sucks.had a cheeseburger over cooked and dry, chicken club, had no bacon and no cheese and it was so dry I couldn't even eat it, it was like it was sitting under a light for a long time. Lucky I was at home or I would have told them to eat it.

The food was good and hot, but I have a couple of concerns. This was a quick pit stop on our road trip, and we went in the bathroom. It reeked of poop, and the toilets were dirty and had bugs flying all over. As the words of my seven year old sister, "This is the yuckiest bathroom I've ever seen." The highlight of this stop was the cockroach passing by my brother, and that's when we rushed out. It makes me think about how nasty the kitchen is. We travel pretty often, and this was indeed one of the worst stops we have ever been to.

My food was hot and delicious. Had great tasting burger and fries and the chocolate shake was awesome. Great job Braums.

They got my order wrong. Then decided that instead of just fixing it real quick they wanted me to go all the way back through the drive-thru. With multiple cars in line. The window cashier asked me 3 separate times at the window what I actually ordered. A strawberry sundae not a scoop of strawberry in a cone. Each time I told her she proceeded to roll her eyes and act inconvenienced that I wouldn't just take the cone and go about my day. I finally ended up just taking the strawberry cone because I was not going to go through and wait in the line again with a 2 year old. Do better with your customer service. It would've taken less time to just make the strawberry sundae than to ask me 3 separate times what I ordered run off and come back.
