I'm Chinese and I really like Lite Pan. When visiting Burkburnett, we always get take out from Lite pan. I would say everything we order is good except for the hot and sour soup. The lady who answers the phone and takes our order is always very nice. We've never eaten in, so I can't comment about the ambiance of the restaurant.

Walked in to dine in tonight for the first time. No one was there to greet us and then a lady came from the back. She looked at us and said “take out or delivery?”. Looking confused we asked “Umm, dine in?”. She huffed and said okay with an exacerbated tone, mumbled something inaudible about something being out or off, and pretty much threw menus at us and told us to find a place to sit. We sat down thinking we would give it a shot. Being completely taken off guard by her rudeness and lack of professionalism, we decided to leave. We won’t be back. I’m absolutely appalled at the standard at places to eat at Burk. I was born and raised here, moved away for a period of time, and came back after 30+ years. I hope things start to turn around.

Exactly what you'd expect from a generally authentic restaurant. Full of great atmosphere and amazing menu choices. I used to go out to eat here over 5-10 years ago and their quality has not gone down at all. Always a great option to carry out or dine in when you want some good hot food and don't wanna cook.

Update: Food has not been the very good for a long time. I ordered hot and sour soup & got mostly broth, very little ingredients. It should have mushrooms, noodles, & tofu in there! (The owner thought it was just fine.) We used to order weekly, but now we travel 20 minutes away for Chinese.Always love the food here! We usually order take out once a week!
Delicious!!! Must stop by if you are traveling on interstate 44. This place has best hot and sour soup in I’ve ever had US. Service is always fast and friendly.Burkburnett is so blessed to have a restaurant like Lite Pan!

There food was not so good at all, it was a waste of money, there fried rice is steamed rice with soy sauce, the lo main tasted old and no flavor, it was horrible... 40 bucks down the drain.. good thing is the lady was nice
