Sat in the drive thru for over 45 min. The line wasn't even very long, maybe 10 cars at most, and not even at rush hour.
I ordered the Grinch meal, and instead of informing me they didn't have any socks or seasoning left, they simply gave me a box without said contents.

So absolutely sick of being treated 2nd tier at this mcdonalds. They cater to drive thru while the customers at the counter are left lacking. Every single time! The worst service in the evenings. They need to work on helping people in both sections. I shouldn't have to wait 20 mins for 2 meals!

It was almost as cold inside as it was outside. The lady that took my order seemed to be auditioning for the role as Grinch. My coffee was lukewarm warm. I recommend going to the Whataburger two blocks away.

The frappe's are amazing, but the costs have gotten way to high. I'm a family of 4, and my 3yr old loves ck nugg happy meals. But we can't afford McDonalds anymore because the prices just keep rising! We used to get at least depend on the value menu.But now there's nothing a dollar left on the dollar menu. It costs over thirty bucks just for us to eat and that's the simple food not even meals, still off the value menu but it's ridiculous. Our 3-year-olds was sick , so my husband stopped to get him some french fries, and he almost had a stroke when 1 lg fries was OVER $5. We just can't afford it anymore. The food is good and the workers there at ours are amazing but we just can't afford to go anymore.

Have now gone to this location twice. Both times the food was somehow bad, the fries were cold, the order wrong, and the staff just seems like none of them want to be there.

Edit: Forgot to update this forever ago but I guess someone corrected things because the next time my dad ordered his usual they mentioned it and said they were sorry for the dude's attitude. They fixed the situation as quickly as one would reasonably expect.

Pulled up and tried to use the outside lane … (because of the clearance issue and my cb radio antenna) sat a few minutes, was ignored, ok … so maybe the outside lane doesn’t work. Another vehicle pulled through the inside lane, was helped right away. So then I just pulled around to let them know their outside lane speaker wasn’t working and wanted to order a medium coffee. But they never came to the window despite knowing I was there. So I pulled back around and got in the far lane (antenna) and walked to the other speaker box… still ignored me. So I pulled forward and backed in… and at this point I didn’t want spit in my food. The lady behind me saw the frustration as well. I just wanted a medium cup of coffee. Might just be a cup of coffee to some but I have to work and won’t get another chance today. Go to Whataburger nearby. Excellent coffee and always service with a smile.

This McDonald’s location is top tier. My 2 year old and I came in for an early lunch and was blown away by everything and everyone here. The facility is so clean and fresh. The bathrooms, the dining area, and the drink area was spotless. Everyone was clean and looked like they were happy to be there. One particular woman I did not get her name was incredibly hospitable I forgot I was at a McDonald’s. She helped me and my baby get settled in hand delivered our meal and it came out right after we filled our cups so very fast service. She was keeping an eye out for us once we were done she came over and helped us load up and cleaned up immediately. I was over the moon about how fantastic she was. The food was excellent hot fresh and the nuggets were crispy. I ordered large fries and they actually gave me a large no skimping. I haven’t ever felt like royalty going to McDonald’s and they made sure I did today. If you want to feel spoiled they will definitely do that here. I’m very impressed with this location, their employees, and food. If you’re in the area definitely stop in!
