Best customer service I’ve had in Burk in a long time, and the food was spot on. I did an online order and it was out fast, fresh, and accurate. Service was Great, but once again a oreo blast was literally vanilla ice cream with oreos on top, not mixed in. I could of made this at home. Please train someone to use the mixer. McDonald's oreo mc fluffy are better than this. Well now i know where not to get a shake. Stick to Braums or McDonald's.

I ordered online put in our order correctly. my sons burger was improperly made i paid 90 cents for extra cheese on the coney and they didn't even put hardly any on it. my daughter orders a chicken sandwich and she said it was extremely dry and blend. do not recommend this place

Went multiple times and stopped, they always mess up my order and the speakers never work.
How the hell y'all charge these prices for this .....I get a small cheese fry when I order a large.......your job isn't hard. I've worked there before definitely isn't difficult to put frys in a container
