One and done for this one! Can I explain what the problem was? Sure! For the price of your burger it looked like a slider! We saw the bit on the news and were excited to try. When we walked in the girl taking the order had her back to us texting on her phone! No friendly greeting! Then she asks can I take your order? We barely picked up the menu to see what you had to offer! So we just picked bacon cheeseburger. The News bit made it sound like y’all had the best burger I believe ground brisket if I’m not mistaken. Your burger was a mini burger at best! The girls kept coming to us saying do you need anything? Yes you just brought us are food give us time to eat! We arrived at 7:30pm it took quite a while for us to get our food you weren’t busy! The kicker was at 8:01 pm the was an older couple trying to order and you guys told them you were closed!!!! Really 80 year old couple pulled off of I-40 to eat at your place were inside before 8:00 pm and were told you were closed! Unbelievable! I have been in the Restaurant business for 27 years and I predict that you won’t be in business that long running it like that! That’s all the free advice I am giving you let me know if you want to pay for advice!

My dad, my brother and I are driving cross country and hit the gas station next door to the Falcon and decided to give it a try. What a great decision! We got a friendly welcoming as we walked in and polite service from the while team. The steak is amazing and we had it in a salad and in tacos. We all left full and very happy that we came across this little gem hidden off the frontage road just outside of Amarillo.
I live near this place and their son delivers to me. The food is amazing. The people are great and the homemade macaroni and cheese is so good that I couldn’t even stop to take a picture of it because I was too busy eating…..yum!
