Bakers Dozen Donuts

Good local donut shop. I'm not normally in this area, but my wife had a flat tire and I wanted breakfast before church this Sunday morning so I stopped in for a jalapeno kolache and a Dr pepper.

Sausage kolaches were dry and now have a sticky sweet glaze on them. I was disappointed.

The owner or manager is rude. The prices are high for a donut shop. Check receipt to make sure the charges are valid before leaving. Ask to see the items on the screen before checkout.

They upcharge and/or overcharge on everything, adding bogus charges constantly! Check your receipt always and pay in cash if you can, better yet I recommend you go somewhere else. Plus she’s RUDE

We were treated very rude while there, was not allowed to even finish ordering what we wanted before being rushed out.
Won't go back.

Got the kolaches and donuts for some guys at work. Lady behind the counter was great and the guys said everything was excellent!

Uhhhhh... am I being punk'd?? This place is something straight out of a bad sitcom...and NO ONE is laughing. The lady behind the counter LITERALLY yelled at a maybe 12 year old girl in front of me trying to fill her box of a dozen because she was taking too long to decide (in the lady's opinion...I didn't mind her taking time to make choices and my son and I were the only other customers at the time) When the little girl picked something she wanted the lady put a different donut in the box...not one time... not two times...but three times!! And then when the girl asked to use apple pay, the lady SNATCHES her phone and almost throws it back to her after she scans it. My 10 year old was almost afraid to order his breakfast 😅 This lady is a hot dang mess!

First time visitor from a nearby town where there is no donut shop. When I walked in there were 2 people ahead of me and the line moved at a normal pace. The lady working the counter did not speak one word the entire time I was there-she didn’t even tell me the total, just grabbed my card. She seemed very annoyed to be there. I tried smiling and being overly polite when making my requests but it was irrelevant because she didn’t budge.
The donuts were great! Hopefully she was just having an off day and doesn’t tear all of their customers this way.

The donuts are ok but the service is TERRIBLE. The prices are questionable and she never offers a receipt. I always feel like she’s telling me to hurry up even when the store is empty. My toddler is always wants something fun like a star sprinkled donut and even though that’s what I ask for she’ll just give you any kind of sprinkle.
