I've been a customer since the day it opened here in Caddo. Enjoy the people and food. I m here every day. But I do have a complaint- why during all this bad weather you had the TV with the weather channel turned off? Employees said it was controlled by front office, it has always been able to turn on and off etc here in the store. lots of drivers thru here wanting latest weather conditions. Also, you have five parking spaces in front of the store, not counting the handicapped...read full review

McDonald's offers good service with fresh, hot food and a clean, organized store. The employees are young but professional, and the lady who took an order was very nice. The workers provided entertainment and showed caring attitude, helping an elderly gentleman with his order to his car. While the food may not be perfect, it is some of the best McDonald's food and consistent in quality. The atmosphere is nothing special but not bad, and the store is very clean and calm. Overall, McDonald's is a reliable place to get fast service, good food, and friendly employees who focus on customer needs.
