Beans were cold, sausage looked like the cooked processed stuff you buy in the hot dog section, brisket had no smoke ring or flavor. Brisket gave the impression that it was done in the oven. The kid liked the burger.

This place used to be very good. I’m not sure what happened over the years. I’ve gone twice in the last few months and those times have not been the best. I got loaded brisket fries the fries were not cooked all the way. Everything else was fine a few weeks ago I got, wraparounds, the sausage was overcooked and hard to chew ??♀️
