I have been meaning to visit this place for years but my travels were rarely on weekends. We we planning to eat in Lockhart today but decided to leave Bastrop early and find BBQ on the way back home. We were excited about trying Matus BBQ. It is a small place offering brisket, great Czech sausage, spare ribs, pork butt, and smoked chicken.
