YUCK. I asked for mayo, and sure got it. The burger was literally dripping with mayo (and ketchup) . They don't give salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. unless you request it. 2 small crappy burgers and one small fry for over $17. Won't go back.

RUDE STAFF! I placed a mobile order. They asked me to pull forward and wait. The staff member came to my car threw the bag at me. Then hollered, did you order a burger? Well, yes. I did. I checked bag. It was wrong. She came back and asked if there was a problem. I told her yes, it was. She yelled, well I asked you if you ordered a burger!! I was speechless. Mistakes happen, no big deal. Don't yell at me and blame me! It took another 10 minutes to get it fixed. The young man who brought the correct order was very kind.

Just stopped by for a regular hot coffee.... late night. Requested that they brew a fresh pot of coffee.... All the staff were friendly and fulfilled my request. It was well worth the wait... the coffee was Hot, fresh, and delicious!! Thanks for the great customer service!!!!
Went to use the restroom and a lady came out and told me the toilet was broken. Come to find out she worked there. The other toilet was acting like it was having problems flushing as well. So I told the people at the register ( how I found out the lady worked there) and they said they knew. Got my food ate went to go use the restroom and found out that they had sent someone to clean it not fix it! For real do better!! Took 25 minutes and still only sent a cleaning person to fix it.

Some one should get a hold of Corporate management and have them come train the people here never have i tasted some disgusting food before coming here, they should get off there phones or stop goofing off.
Went to visit around closing. Sat in the drive thru and no one answered. Pulled up to the window and 2 employees just pretended like we weren’t there. Didn’t even look at us. They were not closed at the time, but they were already taking their drawers back for the evening. You guys suck.
