Super inconsistent place, terrible service from the manager (older lady) who is no help, 2 times now I’ve ordered something online that SHOWS is available and when I got there they refused to make me it because the “turned of the machine” and when asked for a refund they refused to give me one and said it’s online it’s not my responsibility and then just offered me cheaper options trying to rob me. Would rate a 0 if I could.

Visited our local McDonald & got a large iced vanilla coffee idk if the coffee they’re using is old but it was very bitter & you couldn’t even taste the vanilla cream or sugar 0/10 would recommend.

The worst Mc Donalds to go to, they are so lazy to take an order and treat their customers with no respect at all. They will blame you for something they aren’t doing like taking orders from the speaker having other people leaving and when I come up to the window after waiting they will tell you to go around again because they won’t take our order. Won’t recommend going there at all they don’t even wear nothing on their head for the hair, the worst staff ever and im from houston. Yall suck

Customer service is really nice, shoutout to the youngsters working there! Food is always great when orders aren’t confused and when managers allow them to give the condiments we ordered. Give us our damn sauce. That’s about it management probs only..great staff

YUCK. I asked for mayo, and sure got it. The burger was literally dripping with mayo (and ketchup) . They don't give salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. unless you request it. 2 small crappy burgers and one small fry for over $17. Won't go back.
