Stopped in during 'normal' lunch on an atypical day: there was a larger group (20+?) of young men, who I presume was a local HS team or big group of HS friends.
So the buffet was getting emptied, the staff was struggling to keep pace, things (I don't feel) were normal. It was a bit of a mess, and also don't think it would have been fair to take pics under those circumstances.
When they left, 1 of them tried to straighten up a bit, at least getting chairs back in order. I hope they all tipped appropriately!!!
Kelsey, my waitress, was a complete gem. She was trying her best all over (they all were, and im sure kitchen staff was too).
The pizza I did get was good, never ordered wings. Salad bar was ok, desserts also had to be ordered so I skipped.
I'll give this one another try next time I pass through. Pizza Hut buffets are pretty rare these days!

We live in Dime Box, so when the hubs n I drive into town sometimes in our jammies, we love that Caldwell has a drive thru pick up. So very convenient!! I believe they are the only drive thru in the whole area!❤️🍕🥗 Thank you. 🙏

Really loved finding a Pizza Hut that still has a buffet. Was so awesome, great throwback. The pizza was fresh, staff were friendly, restaurant was pretty clean. They even have a small bar. Will definitely go back. I ordered the wings and they were not that great. Only $9.95 for lunch buffet

Bad service, no one came to ask us what we want to order after we were sat down at the table and the waitress was ignoring us as if we didn’t exist, they only ask us are y’all leaving? After we got up to go exit the restaurant worst place to go eat if your Hispanic racism to its fullest.

The waitresses are friendly.When you get to see them. You have to ask for things you should get right away, like silverware and drinks.
Vegetarian options: They have a pretty big Is salad bar.
Parking: Is the parking lot is somewhat small.
Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap spaces are very limited.People who do not even have handicapped Stickers are parking in those parking spots just because they're closer to the door

Talk about nostalgia. In the city they have all but eliminated Pizza Hut restaurants with a dining room. Here in Caldwell, they are doing it and doing it well. The dining room was clean, the staff was friendly. Our waiter, Dallas, did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome. He answered all our questions about the menu and made some good suggestions. Overall, awesome!

Got seated quickly. After 30mins of sitting someone finally came to take our order. Told they are understaffed. So I imagine the food was going to take forever to get to us too.

My wife and I went to Pizza Hut and they have changed the Pizza sauce. It’s not the same. We did not care for it at all. I don’t know why they would change something that was good but they did.
