The employees working the day that I went were obviously having conflict with eachother and took it out on their customers. The employee that was directly rude to me was not wearing a name tag, probably for a reason. She was condescending when it came to questions about our menu options. She also made a paying customer feel bad for just showing up. Im glad subway is a chain so I can go to literally any other subway and not experience this set of employees ever again.

New girl, supposed to be training... who's training her, the coworker or the Lead person? She was in back, not training the new girl. I used my authoritative voice and startled her, I did apologize for using that tone. I simply expressed the knowledge of making food that is presentable. If they put my tomatoes on the Outside of my sandwich...I prolly would have been "loud."

I try to eat somewhat healthy for lunch. There aren't very many options in Caldwell so Subway is my go to. I order online so it is ready when I get there and always put special instructions...2 dressing cups on the side and please cut my lunchmeat. More times than not, I get very little lettuce/veggies and my lunchmeat is just a few slices laying on top. Luckily I have a way to cut the meat at work, but come on...this is crazy. They obviously read the instructions because the dressing was on the side.
I’ve been here twice since moving from Fort Worth to Somerville. And all I can say is that the 30 minute drive it takes there and back is worth my time! They made my sandwich just how I like it and followed instructions for my online order. Thank you guys so much!!

Walked in with only 2 people in line. One picking out their veggies and the other just starting their order. While my family and I stood waiting, we were distracted by a female coming around the corner on her phone. Standing in awe commenting about “there was only 1 person here a few minutes ago” she continued to make those comments while telling then person on the phone how she “can’t stay here any longer because she has a sick baby at home and meat on the stove”. She proceeded to walk over with hair going ever which way. Took a bowl and loaded it with lettuce tomatoes. No gloves on at all! It was then my families turn to order. You can tell by the expression on the girls face, she didn’t want to make our order. Eyes rolling and all. I was rushed to pay for my food before the veggies were applied. There was no “thank you or have a great day” both girls were annoyed once the other chick left.First time trying this location and I definitely have no intentions on coming back.

Our Subway in Caldwell Texas has got to be the worst subway I've ever stepped my foot into I have been a manager of Subway over 20 years ago and this place by far needs a lot of help referring to customer service cleanliness and overall food it's just terrible I would not recommend Subway in Caldwell Texas at all I hope corporate sees this review and tries to fix this place because everyone in Caldwell is so tired of walking in and seeing such a dirty Subway and the bread is just terrible they really need someone who can get in there and run this place the way it needs to be run.
