What's to say it's a taco bell. Good Morning. Old school I'd like to order in person, not from the computer screen. The app is good to get free food. But Man , do I miss the forty nine cent tacos.

I walked in around 910pm. I was a bit confused because there was two people eating in the dining room but no one in front greeting or taking orders. I waited and was looking around and finally saw two girls in the back in a room. They both came out and one came closer to the front and to what I thought was gng to ask me if I needed to order but instead went to cleaning a machine. So then I got a little frustrated and embarrassed at the same time because I saw no food or workers really and I thought did I come in and they're closed.?.? So I asked the lady cleaning the machine are ya'll closed and to my disgust was answered with an attitude WE ARE CLOSING BUT NOT CLOSED. Not a no we are not how can I help you or take your order. I then asked her oh what time to do ya'll close? She goes 10. I looked at my phone and it said 916. I got so offended and told her oh you got a whole hr basically. Where she ignored me and proceeded to take my order and did not look at me at all after that. Then the other girl came behind her and asked how I was doing and I think took my payment and I frankly told her tired of all the bad service lately and went to tell her what happened. She said we still got like a whole hr and I was yea I know. The girl heard everything. But did not say anything. Do better! It's your job and taco bell is paying you to do a service.

Service was quick with no line at drive through. Placed order for 7 crunchy tacos with tomatoes. Unfortunately I presume tomatoes were included. Were not! 70 cents each for tomatoes! Should come with a warning 😳 $4.90 for tomatoes picture included 😂

It's taco bell in a smaller city Very clean the staff at the time was super helpful The food was good and warm it bet the other seat down tex mex places in caldwell Good job guys I'm very happy with the overall

I have never in my life had a taco or Mexican pizza from Taco Bell that stuck to the rapper or box immediately after opening and or squashed just after receiving it out of the takeout window, nor have i ever had a Mexican pizza taste like the cardboard container it came in till now at this location in caldwell tx. I'm sorry but this location has dropped the ball they're either repurposing old food that wasn't picked up or leaving it under whatever little heater thing they use to keep it warm. either way just disgusting and it's sad because this location barely opened you would think they would have greater pride in proving themselves in a new location in a new town. Either way I will not be giving my business to this location in Caldwell Texas ever again ,and I can guarantee you that I will be making the extra mile trip to Brenham tx. to my usual location that has always taken great care of me and mine and always made sure our order was right and food was on point

Absolutely one of the best taco bells I've ever been too. Katie was awesome at recommending food options and all around great customer service from her. New favorite taco bell thank y'all!
food was hot but, but we ended up missing an item, and our food was packaged incorrectly with some items mixed up. will try again as this was kinda what i expected (not a gripe about the team there, i’m sure they did their best 🙌🙌)

After a 12 hour shift I was nervous when I pulled into the drive thru line and it was out to the entrance. They got my food to me within 15 minutes and it was a large order. There were 0 mistakes with the 10+ items we ordered. Super grateful for this fast food addition to Caldwell for when cooking at home isn’t an option!
