I was the only person in line in the drive thru and no one was in side so it’s not like they were busy.. but took 30 minutes and all my chicken tenders and fries all just came out burnt like just refried old food. The staff seemed like they were on drugs. Just terrible and sad.

Man this is the second time one of their employees here has gone above and beyond to fix problems and make the custom feel cared for.
I wish the guy last night had a name tag. African American gentlemen, with a two-tone hairstyle. Whatever his name is, he was polite and worked his butt off during a long line at the window. This guy deserves a pay bump. Thanks Whataburger.
