Fantastic food & great service! Unfortunately they were out of a couple things we wanted to order, but that was understandable after a busy Memorial Day weekend. Would definitely like to try the bone marrow when we are in the area again. We ended up ordering the bison burger and the ribeye steak sandwich. They were both absolutely delicious and the fries were crispy and fresh! Portions were good and prices were reasonable. Our waitress was very friendly and personable...
We enjoy coming to Cowgirls from time to time for lunch/dinner. We definitely need more local restaurants. I am not understanding why they think we need a $50-$60 steak in this area. Hard to justify that pricing when drinks come in styrofoam cups. We don’t need high end - just offer good food at reasonable prices. Try sourcing good quality meat that doesn’t have to be priced at that price range.
