3 ribs on the plate is $17. She gave me the extra one I asked for, but sure as heck charged me the $5 for it. Zero flavor, over cooked, bland green beans, and the woman behind the counter couldn't care less about any of it.

The women working here need to be retrained with a better emphasis on customer service. We waited a very long time to get our food and then when we finally did, they had shorted us a side. It had been so long since we ordered that they couldn't even remember. Rather than just fix the issue, she argued with me and dug out the receipt, which she read back to me, that said exactly what I had ordered. Even after reading it, she still didn't think she had made a mistake. Somehow they seemed confused about which sandwiches came with sides (except it's all of them). Another customer had an issue with his burger not having mayo and they argued with him too. The women taking the orders were blaming the people cooking and were so rude. It was a strange and uncomfortable experience and I would never return.

This place is giving Clem a bad name, ive had Clems in several locations and never had this bad of an experience, the food here is old and stale, no flavor whatsoever, even the bread was stale.

I ordered a chop beef sandwich and the meat was old and hard. It definitely wasn’t fresh. And I heard another customer complaining that the beans tasted sour.

Absolutely horrible. Went through the drive-thru and the worker had a horrible attitude, ordered the food and got home and the chicken fried steak was burned to a crisp as well as the okra on both mine and my wife's plate. Did not get the gravy on any of the plates we ordered. Tried to call but was picked up and hung up on. I have lived in this town for 6 years and have never had such a horrible service. I will not be back here

We were so excited to stop in to this place and were immediately dejected. The server had an attitude that made us want to leave right away. To go along with poor service, they were out of just about everything. Not sure we would go back.
Food wasn't that great. MiL had brisket and smoked ribs. The brisket was really dry and the smoked ribs didn't taste smoked more like they would've been made in the oven. The buttered potatoes were alright.
Wife and me had a deluxe bbq loaded potato, had a small portion of meat and really small portion of BBQ sauce, but even the meat didn't have that great flavor. Kids had a burger and chicken tenders which were good, best froo from our orders at the ba place we're not even bbq.
As bbq place, i don't think is worth it really; we got there around 2pm and their drink fountain was out of ice.

Excellent food, very decently priced, handmade sides, great cobbler, and the girls who run the place are total sweethearts. Please don't pass this place up if passing through; it's more than worth getting a meal here, both in terms of food and service. 😇🌬️✝️
