We just got 2 belt buster burger combos through the drive through on the way to Temple, normally we love this Dairy Queen, the young man at the window around 11:15am was less than well mannered and my burger was ordered with cheese and no onions, instead I recieved a burger with extra onions, and no cheese. This is a severe disappointment and not on par with this locations normal service. Impacts whether I will go there or somewhere else next time for a drive through experience. At the cost these days, you expect your order right and service to be friendly.

We stop here every time we travel North and it is by far the best Dairy Queen! The staff always greets us when we enter, it's always clean, and they're fast with our orders. I wish our local chain was as good as this one. Props to management and staff. Keep up the great work!

The same DQ you find from coast to coast and border to border, what makes them special and noteworthy is the service and the cleanliness, and this is an example of how it's done right. Easy to get to if you're on the correct side of the street, parking is a little snug with a couple of spaces next to the building with the usual concrete walkway curb and a few more spaces on either border of the property. Clean, neat, tidy – both the building and the staff. Never had a negative experience here, these folks pay attention and do it right.

They charged us for our ice cream but said the register froze and the transaction never went through. They held our ice cream from us until we went and paid AGAIN for it. So we went and double paid for our ice cream and they held it from us. We are regulars that go there once sometimes twice a week and we were treated like crap. I’m appalled by this. It’s been over a week and we still haven’t been refunded they keep saying I’ll have to talk to my manager or you’ll have to go through your bank! It’s literally less than 20 and they can’t refund us! Definitely won’t be going back anymore for the way they treat their customers.
Still have not received a refund for their mistake. Even after trying to contact the owner, which is a joke! They offered a Visa card or store credit which I do not want! All I want is a refund! How hard is it to own up to your mistake and fix it?

My little Aussie was offered a pup cup. She was in the back seat with lightly tented windows, so I was surprised. They are very attentive. The cashier at drive through was very kind and got our order quickly.
