When taking order from customers, let them finish what they are saying before you ask would you like a combo or a drink. Or mayonnaise or mustard. It happens there all the time with me. If it wasn't for the customer there wouldn't be Mayfield Dairy Queen .

Stopped in for convenient lication pulling a camper. Beat DQ we have ever seen. Friendly and quick service. Food was great! We couldn’t leave a review off the ticket for a free mini blizzard but the assistant manager gave us one anyway. Highly recommend this location. Great job teaching customer service. We left full and happy!

This is our go-to stop on any trip through Cameron. Nice staff, clean restaurants, and clean bathrooms. Plus, the food is always hot and cooked right. It’s not like any other DQ you’ve ever been!

I went to get a combo and banana split. I go home and they forgot my fries. I went back to the restaurant and the staff was nice and gave me my fries. I get back home and take a drink of my Coke and it's sweet tea. I'm not going back and forth. I let the fries slide but not the drink as well. NEVER MIND! THE WHOLE ORDER IS MESSED UP!

I'm grading this with stars in relation to other fast food joints. So like one of those completely unkempt burger kings would be a 1 and idk some fancy 2 story Whataburger in times square would be a 5. Of course that Whataburger wouldn't be a in comparison to a 3 star Brazilian steakhouseANYWAY I digress. This is a very nice clean restaurant. Its a bit historic being one of the first franchise stores, and there's interesting decorations about the place...old DQ ads from the 50s..."all you can eat ice cream for 10 cents!!" And my personal favorite "one of the greatest foods in nature....*milk*" as well as an old drink dispenser barrel for root beer way back then (decorative only)And maybe im crazy but I could swear the food here is better than other dairy queens.This one also has a separate enclosed seating area you can reserve for parties or meetings and whatnot.No playground but I'm not sure any newer/recently renovated ones have that anymore
This may be the cleanest DQ I have ever seen. The staff was helpful and greeted me when I entered. I have a tiny appetite, so I was mildly disappointed that they don't offer a Jr burger, but it's alright. Everything was good. Also, the bathroom was extra clean as well, AND the water was hot with real paper towels! I hate those air dryers, although they have them as well if that is your preference. What's more Texas than DQ? If you are in Cameron, stop by.
