Always yummy food. Great salads and sandwiches. Homemade buns make it hard to resist the bread. Breakfast is always fabulous too. Daily specials are something else to look at.

We stopped here on our way south from DFW. I was looking for a place to stop knowing options would be delivered. My first thought was yea - sure its 5 stars. Absolutely delivered and deserving! I had the cheese broccoli soup with a 1/2 salad. I can honestly say the 1/2 salad is a whole salad by another name! It was quite large! Everything was delicious and the décor, fun! I only wish they were open for dinner as we usually come through a bit later!

This week I had lunch with a longtime friend at the Dutch Towne Deli and Cafe, which specializes in soups, salads, and sandwiches. This was the second time I have visited this cafe in 2019. The sandwiches and soups are outstanding, but the service is a bit slow. If you have time to spare, give it a try.

Charming restaurant, friendly staff, good cup of coffee! What a delightful find as we passed through Cameron today! Delicious breakfast with generous portions... best of all the beautiful pies too, oh my! Unfortunately the chocolate and coconut cream pies sold out while I wrote this. Next time pie first!!! Highly recommend, we will be back with friends and family!

In planning our trip from McKinney to Shiner I was looking for a good place to stop for lunch. Found Dutch Towne on line and saw the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Mouthwatering sandwiches made with sourdough bread to die for and creamy potato soup. Great service, laid back old time atmosphere. We'll definitely eat here again next time we travel this way.

On my way back home from Austin, I stopped in Cameron, Texas, to have lunch with a friend of several decades. At his suggesting we went to the Dutch Towne Deli & Cafe. The service was friendly, but not particularly attentive, and the food was very good. This place specializes primarily in soups, salads, and sandwiches. I would be inclined to give this place a second try.

Great with this retrolook, the staff very friendly! We had coffee and nice lemonad. Wi-fi worked well also. Interesting decor. We didn’t try any food though.

Food to expensive for Cameron. They charge for water be careful it’s Cameron water. Service not great.

A couple of us ate lunch at the Dutch Town Deli twice this past week and this week. Both times the experience was great. This is an old building that has been renovated to accommodate the deli and a lot of old artifacts are still inside which makes the place more interesting. It is not fancy, but is very comfortable and quaint. There was plenty of parking, but all is on the street. The neighborhood is an old business district that has been revitalized to a certain extent, so it is nice just to see the area as well as to eat in the deli. The deli has plenty of seating. On both our times in the place, we were able to sit wherever we wanted and were immediately met by a server - even before we had actually sat down! Both times the place was busy, but service was prompt. Servers checked on us throughout our meals and were friendly and helpful. The food was served quickly and the serving size can only be described as very large. The sandwiches were so thick it was difficult to get our mouths over them to eat! But, we managed...the food was excellent. I had a chicken Panini sandwich that was excellent. The prices are quite reasonable, especially taking into consideration the portion size, ambiance, and great service. We will continue to patronize this deli and strongly recommend it to you as well. By the way, they have an extensive menu with a lot more than just sandwiches. We just happened to want sandwiches on both of our visits.
