First time to go into this little piece of heaven so if your ever around the area it’s a must stop and eat beware they dont skip on portions. Definitely will be back when I come through town again.

Nice old style Italian restaurant with really good food. Service was good and waitress was nice and very informative. Prices were more than acceptable for what you received. My meatball sub was a full 12" long and excellent. If it was not so far away I would go there quite often. Will be back when in the area.

My family and I stumbled upon Ginno's restaurant in Cameron, Texas and we are so glad we did! This hidden gem is the perfect spot for a cozy and delicious Italian meal. The food was absolutely fantastic - from the creamy fettuccine alfredo to the stuffed mushrooms as appetizers, everything was cooked to perfection. The prices were also incredibly reasonable, making it a great option for families on a budget. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back to Ginno's and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in Cameron.

Had second thoughts going in, but glad we did. Service was great, meatball sub sandwich was great (and yeast rolls) and the prices were more in line with what prices should be in today's world.

Waitress was pleasant but not pleased with my meal. The rolls were hard and tasted stale. The seafood combo was not very good at all. The clams weren't in the shell, the muscles were tough and the shrimp was rubbery.
