Bought the family meal of HB patties in gravy and onions with 3 sides on 9/3/25. Well worth the money! Great tasting patties! Sides were great as well! Would definitely recommend. I will definitely be back to try their BBQ.

Hands down the BEST brisket we have ever had!! A short drive from Austin, it needs to be added to your list of things to do! We had brisket, turkey, regular sausage, ribs. Our sides were mac and cheese and brisket dirty rice. That rice was a 10 out of 10!!!! I’m not a mac and cheese fan, but my Hubby said it was also a10 out of 10!! Outdoor seating area, but it was a pleasant experience.

Best brisket I've had in Texas outside of family. The coleslaw and potato salad were excellent and the banana pudding was a nice little bow on top of the package. Highly recommend the trip down the road for this place.

I was lucky to roll end at end of Thursday service and was able to get brisket and turkey(so so good!) added a pit-master taco (should’ve had 5 of those)!
The sides were stupidly tasty.

Jamie truly makes the best BBQ I've ever had in my entire life! I've lived in Texas my whole life and have had BBQ from all over the state! I've traveled all over the south and east coast .... and Jamie's is top!!!! He has ruined me from eating anywhere else! I have eaten at 6 different places since I've started eating here and his brisket! Well! It's the bees knees! It's truly the best. Most places when you order moist brisket, you get half a layer of fat! Nope! Not here!!! Here you get juicy amazingness!!! If yall have never been here! You gotta go! I have not had anything bad from here and well... I've had most of the menu! And you can't beat his prices!!! So! What are you waiting for! Better food! Better prices!!! Go eat here! It's amazingly amazing and wonderful!!!!!!

We had a special event today where they catered lunch for close to 200 people. After living in Lockhart for multiple years and trying lots of different Texas barbecue (including my own), I think the smoked turkey and brisket that we had today is, hands down, the best barbecue that I've ever had! This evening, we had another meal catered by them with some steaks that were top-notch! Yes, their food is amazing, but they are great people as well! Schedule them for your next event! You will NOT be disappointed!
