We will never ever order pizza or anything else from here again. We made an order and asked for cheesy garlic bread as well.. Let me say we assumed it would be bread sticks or something in that nature but we didnāt get that what we got was trash.. we were charged $6 for garlic bread that anyone can go to Walmart and buy the generic brand and get 8 slices with cheese and get better deal than the crap we got tonight ā¦. This is absolutely ridiculous and if this is considered a good pizza place ummm I think not.. we will not be coming back ! This is an absolute joke and if they canāt get garlic bread right then thatās pretty badā¦ Do better Pizza Hut

Bad service, they didn't take my order and they hung up on me
OK my husband picked up our order on his way home from work and we live about 25 mins from pizza hut and the worker did not give him all of the order so I called to get it credited back on our cc and the girl that answered said we could drive back to get it and I told her no not an option, I asked her to just credit it and she tells Me she can't without a manager there, so I asked her if a manager would be there later tonight , she said no the night Manger was her tonight and that they don't like giving credits due to past problems with employees. Me "confused as hell " OK pizza hut employee problems not my problem. I will call Corp to see if they can credit us. TRAIN YOIR EMPLOYEE BETTER THAN THST PIZZA HUT!

I ordered delivery and they messed up and didn't send all of my food and they put extra things in there that I didn't order and when I called to get it fixed they want me to pay extra for their mess up. This is the worst pizza I have ever been to

As I got a very unsatisfactory response by management from this location, I have never been to a pizza hut this bad. For this instance I ordered for delivery because of covid and got zero notification that my food had been delivered not on my phone or by a simple knock on the door which it states they will do when pressing the contact less delivery method. By the time I got my food it was cold and absolutely disgusting. And after spending close to $100 and them only having to drive 1.1 miles and taking almost 30 min. Every time I order to deliver my food it is absolutely unacceptable to have this level of neglect by management and the drivers for taking this long and wasting customers money and good this way. I am absolutely worried that this has gone on so long and no has fixed this issue. I have worked at pizza hut and I can honestly say without a doubt I would place this one on the very bottom.

There was a lady who walked in before me, and she was there because they messed up her order as well.The lady sounded confused so I asked serve times to repeat my order. I ordered 2 8 piece boneless wings, They put them together. I ordered a family order of cheese sticks, I got 5. I ordered 3 orders of Cinnabuns They had barely any icing on them, and quite frankly, they Smelt horrible. The young lady that was taken the pieces out of the oven. She was very respectful and kind to help. The young lady at the register was aggravated or annoyed . It appeared to be three high school students working. Then they tell me they charge for sauce when I order all them wings? Iām sorry when itās been the amount of money that I spent I would never be back
