We should have just kept driving. The ice cream machine was down. The signs on the doors were an indication this place is not doing well. We were told they were out of lids for the medium cups, so all we could order was a large, we opted for the bottled water instead. The order taker was apologetic, but the food took forever to come out. There were a couple tables ahead of us, but it took over 30 minutes to get our burger, chicken sandwich and one chicken strip dinner. Thankfully the food was hot and fresh when we did finally received it. The ladies room was out of service and the men’s room in disrepair. If you don’t mind a long wait for your food, it tasted good, just no fresh ice cream products here at Dairy Queen. The dilly bars are still available though.

Walked in the doors and it already felt a bit off. Place is out of date, looks run down and old. Ordered my food at 12:04 and didn’t get it until 12:43. A chicken strip basket and 1 burger should not take 39 minutes to make. When asked why it was taking so long we heard someone say “tell them they can wait” which was extremely rude regarding the fact we had already been waiting forever. There was hair in my food and to add on to that i asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes. Overall the place just needs better workers and staff.

They were out of both my dood choices. How do you run out of steak fingers? Fries were old and soggy. The grease needs to be changed immediately. The workers were friendly, but slow. I think our food set out for a while as the fries were cold too. This restaurant is usually good, but today wasn't a good day. The bathroom was nasty as well. The cheeseburger was very good though.

Not sure what happened in the last year.... This place used to be a clean, friendly, and have good food. But NOT anymore! I've sat in drive thru for 30min sometimes, the food is now dry and tasted old. Bathrooms had piss all over the toilets and out of paper towels and TP. The coke machine was broken.
I don't know who is managing this store but they need to get this place together quick. Because it went from nice to absolutely awful in the past year. I come here for lunch at least 1-3x a month and I've seen it go downhill bad lately

Excellent quality food! They actually take the time to make your food good. The place itself is rundown and outdated but everyone was nice and food was great!
4 piece chicken strips and a blizzard should not take 35-45 minutes to prepareIt’s called fast food I’m from out of town I would have been better off stopping at alsups for food instead of this placeIf your passing by and expecting something quick to eat don’t stop here

This review is posted with the intent that this establishment sees it and commits to improvement. I was traveling back home from Wyoming and stopped here because DQ is normally in the top three of my favorite fast food burger places. Sometimes you never know what you are going to get at a DQ though. Wait was close to 30 minutes and my double meat burger was overcooked. Since I ordered to-go I didn’t have a chance to let them know at the time. I’ll never stop there again though.
