This could be one of the Texas Panhandles best kept secrets! In the middle of nowhere you just come across the Gageby Store. I was working in this area and some co workers introduced me to this outfit. I’m sure glad they did! The food is great, the service was outstanding! It is a very interesting old building that I’m sure holds a lot of history. If you in the area I recommended taking the drive to visit this place for lunch.
I was just driving by and didn’t know what I was getting into. I opened the door of the old storefront thinking I was going to buy some dusty expired m&m’s in exchange for taking a nap in the parking lot and instead the doorway of the old store was a wormhole into a beautiful cafe! What a surprise! It was lovely and the sandwich I got was fantastic.
Also ordered a tuna salad wrapped with lettuce and was really good!!
Ordered a supreme cauliflower pizza to go, and I'll say they are NOT stingy with their toppings at all!! Perfectly crusted edges and full of flavor!! Would totally visit again!
