Was driving thru Canadian and noticed on a sign on their window that said they had menudo on Saturday and Sunday. It was Sunday about 11 am. I walked in up to the counter. Waitress told me I could sit where ever. Had a seat and she came to take my order. I ordered menudo and she said they didn't have any today. So stayed and ordered enchiladas. A few minutes later, 2 guys walked in, ordered menudo and walked out with 8 -32 oz. Cups of menudo.

The re d sauce for the chips was a bit on the tomato side. The red sauce enchiladas were ok. The beans where out of a can and the rice was bland. Ice. Berge lettuce and both a thin slice of onion and a transparent slice on tomato. The lemon aid was not worth four dollars a glass. So for 9.95 enchilada plate, with chips and lemonade wax 14.95. Not bad price if the menu read 4.00 dollar drinks.
