Hello, my name is Dylan Madson . I’m writing this review today to complain about a manager, I believe his name is Brian. The first time I went to Milanos was to get my mom some pizza because she absolutely loves it, she loved every pizzeria we went to, we usually get pizza every Friday. I ran into this place and she wanted to give it a shot. I walked up to the counter to place my order and that’s when I met Brian. I told him what I wanted and he caught an attitude with me for no reason, he pretty much yelled at me telling me to speak up. I’ve also talked to some of the employees and I’ve heard some things they told me about Brian. A female worker told me that Brian was acting inappropriate towards her and it made her very uncomfortable, she even considered quitting because she reported it and nothing happened. And another incident happened with a teenage male worker, supposedly Brian got into his face trying to intimidate him because he didn’t show up to work the following day even though he wasn’t required to. He even verbally abuses his workers, He treats his employees and customers like they’re nothing. I’ve also talked to some of my friends and they also said that the same manager was rude and disrespectful towards them and they don’t plan on ever going back to Milanos again and neither do I. I think the food and atmosphere is great but Brian ruined my overall experience. I would love to speak to Shane Hunsinger personally, and get a petition started to get Brian either fired or moved to a different location. Milanos would be such a high tier pizzeria if they didn’t hire disrespectful, rude, and nasty managers like Brian.

Came in tonight with my family and ordered pizza along with two chicken alfredo’s. The two pizzas came out and not the alfredo’s so we gave it a little bit but still never came out. My mom then got up and asked the employees that were sitting a table about the chicken alfredo, where she responded with “uh right before y’all got here we ran out of noodles so we’re having to make more nobody told y’all?.” Okay, no big deal so we thought, so we waited a little longer once again before we asked about it. When my mom asked about it once again her answer was, “um so yeah our water wasn’t boiling.” So we just said screw the alfredo and ordered two pizzas because we had been waiting for like an hour. Not sure what was going on but very dissatisfied with the service tonight, the new management is way worse than the people before. Pizza is good but not the service.

One word: WOW. Above and beyond service and the food…. phenomenal! Brian brought us food in star harbor. My only regret is I don’t live closer and cannot order regularly.

Love the extra effort they put in on the quality sauce and cheese The use Pryor mgt had low quality sauce and cheese . I love how mgt has taken customer critique and applied it to Making things better taste better overall best pizza ever . The last two orders were fanominal. The gurl who makes the pizza FuLL Sicilian. Can't complement enough on the amazing transformation Brian and Sean have done to this Pizzeria.
Charged 44 bucks bucks for a 2hr late pizza I made this review at 12 50 order pizza at 11 30

When I first entered this pizza place, I admit I was a bit thrown off. It was about 8:30 or 9, so it was pretty dark. The restaurant was obviously closing up, so I didn't expect much. Once we got in, a very nice man took our order and payment, everything was about standard at this point.It took about 10-15 minutes for them to get our pizzas, so pretty standard there as well. Once we got our pizzas, everything changed. This was legitimately the best pizza I have had. I loved it, I had a chicken Alfredo pizza, and I adored it.Went back the next day for more, and it was just as good. I can not recommend this place enough. Milano's is the best!
Service was horrible from the moment we walked in. Every table was filthy. There were no other patrons in the restaurant. Had to wipe the table ourselves. The guy who took the order was rude. The lady who brought out the food was worse. The at home decor from a few years ago is gone...the food was passable.

The chicken was cooked in the microwave and soggy. It’s not curb side, it was pouring and I was sick so thanks for that.
Ordered on our way there. The order went in at 5:13 to be ready for pick-up at 5:36. We arrived at 5:30 and they hadn't even started the order. We finally got ou 3 pizzas at 6:30. Worst service ever, anywhere!!!
