Visited on 8/31 and noticed the employee working the register was sick and blowing their nose at the front counter, also she sneezed onto her arm and just wiped it with another napkin before serving another customer. I walked out before ordering anything.

Theirs a lot of teenagers who don’t work right they give you dirty faces and their not educated right they did not say welcome when, I asked for something to take off the frosting they said they couldn’t do it they also wanted to give me the food for free and their dirty

I walked in and I notice all the employees kept staring and kept giving me dirty looks. And it was making me feel really uncomfortable, and whenever I ordered something they told me rudely to speak up, she had such a very bad attitude, they tossed my food and just walked away. I am never going there again just lost a customer.

Too expensive for what you get.

Obviously it's super delicious, just breathing there gives you diabetes, the classics, the salty pretzel, the winnies with dough, the original roll, the center of the roll... everything is very cool, and super fast service.

This place is great! Classic shopping snacks

No one will ever acknowledge you. This location is always out of everything. The whole atmosphere is nothing but attitude. If I were you I’d go elsewhere.

Thursday 7/28. Walked in wasn’t acknowledged for 15 minutes. Blond girl with blue eyes and ponytail was incredibly rude. Rolled her eyes and told me the pretzel couldn’t be lightly toasted. Waited 15 mins for my pretzel to be cooked after paying and when I went back in, they didn’t even start. 30 minutes after intially ordering I get a burnt pretzel. As a service worker myself I try to be very polite and her attitude was ridiculous. Bad service and 30 mins for a burnt pretzel, not great…. not happy.
