My daughter is a door dash driver. On Saturday 1/3/26, Your people in the outlet mall ignored her so she stood where u pick up orders for 10-15 minutes plus for for her customers order no one acknowledged her until she went to the order line and your people are very rude!

First things first the staff is so unfriendly they don’t greet you or anything they look miserable. Honestly, the food was disgusting lettuce was super old tomatoes were super old. The meat tasted weird as well. I don’t think I would go back.

Idk what they messed up but i only had a couple bites of fries and boneless chicken and i have been so sick its damn near enough to kill someone!! I dodnt even eat that much so i can only imagine if you eat a whole meal

Very absurd service. Arrive at 7:30, ignored till 7:40 by teenagers trying to close fast even though it is advertised as closed at 8pm. Spoke to a manager after they reluctantly gave in to my request to speak to one, only for him to tell me a long process of pre closing at 6:15 , doing a soft close at 7:30, and not serving certain items( sandwiches and fries) after 7:45. Long story short is, if your closing time is 8, serve and close till 8. To do anything less is not good customer service.

Chicken was the driest I’ve ever had and they forgot an order of ultimate fries. I wasn’t able to eat it. In Washington and even in San Antonio, Charley’s was amazing. This one was disappointing.
