Bought a Frontier July 13, 2024. First issue I had was every manager in the place stated I had to have CASH for the down payment, that they could not accept a cashiers check from the bank. So I withdrew $19,000 from my bank and brought it to the dealership only to be told by the finance manager, they would have accepted a check. Fast forward to now, 2 months after the purchase. The temp license on the truck expired, had not heard anything from the dealership so I called them. Was told I had to furnish 2 forms of proof of residency before they could BEGIN the process of getting the permanent plates which would be another month. My question is why not tell me this before 2 months had passed. It seems Charlie Clark is more interested in his parties than training his personnel on the proper procedures of doing business. My next concern with this organization is -- will they truly honor the Nana's Care Plus Lifetime Warranty or is this a scheme to get you to buy their vehicles. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Antes de decidirnos recibimos mucha insistencia de parte de este consesionario para adquirir un vehículo ahi, pero nos encontramos en plena construcción de crédito y no tenemos mucho historial por lo que nosotros sabiamos que no era posible calificar para crédito, sin embargo tanto la persona que nos atendio por Messenger, luego el enlace y finalmente la vendedora juraron y perjuraron que si calificaríamos con ese Score, que por que han tenido casos de Score mas bajos, no estabamos seguros aún asi, entonces les comentabamos que no teniamos tampoco un buen down payment, pero nos ofrecieron que incluso sin down payment seria posible y cuanta cosa mas, y decidimos confiar, y nos corrieron el crédito 21 veces!!!!! Y por supuesto que no se autorizo, y pues nos imaginamos eso pero hacernos perder dos dias, correr el crédito tantas veces aun ellos sabiendo que no iba a ser posible solo demuestra su falta de ética y profesionalismo que con tal de cumplir estadísticas no les importa si perjudican al cliente, es muy difícil construir buen credito cuando no se tiene historial y lo único que lograron fue que inmediatamente nos bajara la puntuación en nuestro score, y ahora solo dicen lo sentimos como si eso ayudara y se echan la bolita unos a otros y la vendedora ya ni la cara dio y le echo la culpa a la manager que supuestamente ella fue la que hizo los movimientos, tal vez eso nos sacamos por confiados pero es abusar el que actúen de esa forma, lo ético era que si ya les habiamos expuesto nuestra situación fueran sinceros al respecto.

Quoted us a high number to buy our car and then we get there to sell it to them and the service manager tells my husband nvm we can’t offer you the number after all. (we have texts)We drove from Alamogordo to El Paso for nothing. Will not recommend this dealership to any of our military friends. Why reach out to us to try and buy our car then?

Bait and switch tactics. Dropped off my vehicle for oil change. They offered a list of services which I declined except for transmission service as they listed it at $86. When I picked up the car I was told I owed over $300! When I asked about I was told that their "tablet" system doesn't accurately reflect the price because of parts. This is a BS excuse. Don't show me 1 price then tell me it's something else when I pick it up. Never getting services done here again. Untrustworthy. Should have known better than to trust a stealership.

We were able to obtain a vehicle when no other dealership took the time to speak with me. I filed bankruptcy a few years back and thought I would not find someone to work with me. I believe the young man from Charlie's staff who helped me out during my last oil change is new aboard and he was courteous and answered all the questions I had. The only thing I would like to see different is for me to be able to have my oíl change when I am closer to the mileage listed. I had to schedule it earlier because the agenda times are usually booked. I also like that everyone is humble on the premises and ask what they can do to help. The cherry on the top is the breakfast they provide while we wait. The eestrooms are super clean and always attended to. Thank you all. I look forward to keep on getting the same treatment on every visit.

Went to look at some vehicles and ended up buying a New Sentra. They definitely have enough vehicles, but the Sales person I had was young and really lacked knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. I was told the vehicle had 220 horsepower and it actually had 148 horsepower. Then I was told it had Nissan connect and it did not. Update the sales person calls me because he didn't like the survey I did online. Basicly he wanted me to lie so he could get a good sales score and after our conversation the little p**** slams the phone down. I can't believe as a customer I get treated like this after purchasing the car from Charlie Clark.
