Bait and switch tactics. Dropped off my vehicle for oil change. They offered a list of services which I declined except for transmission service as they listed it at $86. When I picked up the car I was told I owed over $300! When I asked about I was told that their "tablet" system doesn't accurately reflect the price because of parts. This is a BS excuse. Don't show me 1 price then tell me it's something else when I pick it up. Never getting services done here again. Untrustworthy. Should have known better than to trust a stealership.

We were able to obtain a vehicle when no other dealership took the time to speak with me. I filed bankruptcy a few years back and thought I would not find someone to work with me. I believe the young man from Charlie's staff who helped me out during my last oil change is new aboard and he was courteous and answered all the questions I had. The only thing I would like to see different is for me to be able to have my oíl change when I am closer to the mileage listed. I had to schedule it earlier because the agenda times are usually booked. I also like that everyone is humble on the premises and ask what they can do to help. The cherry on the top is the breakfast they provide while we wait. The eestrooms are super clean and always attended to. Thank you all. I look forward to keep on getting the same treatment on every visit.

Went to look at some vehicles and ended up buying a New Sentra. They definitely have enough vehicles, but the Sales person I had was young and really lacked knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. I was told the vehicle had 220 horsepower and it actually had 148 horsepower. Then I was told it had Nissan connect and it did not. Update the sales person calls me because he didn't like the survey I did online. Basicly he wanted me to lie so he could get a good sales score and after our conversation the little p**** slams the phone down. I can't believe as a customer I get treated like this after purchasing the car from Charlie Clark.
