Slow service and bad taste
If you’re craving something sweet while shopping, this Cinnabon location at the Outlet Mall is the perfect stop. With only four Cinnabon shops across El Paso, having one right here feels like a real treat for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Cinnabon has been serving its world-famous cinnamon rolls since 1985, when the first bakery opened in Seattle, Washington. Today, the brand has grown to over 1,200 locations in more than 45 countries — known everywhere for its signature Makara cinnamon, imported from Indonesia, which gives every roll that distinct, irresistible aroma and flavor.
The classic Original Roll here is just as warm, gooey, and perfectly glazed as ever, and it pairs wonderfully with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. What stood out most was how clean and well-maintained this spot was. It’s conveniently located near the food court area, making it easy to grab a quick snack or take a relaxing break. There are a couple of tables both inside and outside for seating, which is a nice touch.
The service was fast, and the staff handled the steady stream of shoppers efficiently. Overall, this is one of the best dessert stops in the Outlet Mall — consistently delicious, clean, and reliable for a sweet pick-me-up while you shop.

Horrible pretzels. I ordered one and was too salty that I gave up.

Very good taste recommended
I ordered two cinnamon nuggets and a cinnamon roll. The nuggets weren’t ok, I started to tasted a kind of chemical taste as if there some a cleaning fluid either sprayed or dropped on the food. Maybe accidentally, but it didn’t feel right to eat them after that.
Was disappointed since the cielo vista location is awesome. Our pretzels tasted like soap or detergent for som reason so we just tossed them rather than make a scene. Really hope they correct this.
Love Cinnabon but this specific location decided to close an entire HOUR AND A HALF earlier than closing time which is really upsetting because they only had one item off the menu available and refused to sell us anything else because they “already closed the kitchen”.

Nice staff. Semi clean. Tables and floor were dirty but there is only two people working so I don’t blame them. They placed the order and we received it fast.
Cinnabon is great but this location is not. The Cinnabons are always cold and old when we stop by. I won’t pay for an old roll.
Most excellent. No room for criticism.
Coffee was great the Cinnabon’s were cold. Not sure if there is a warm option or option to warm them up? I picked the one with more icing but they all were unevenly iced. Very noticeable too. Haven’t been to a Cinnabon in like a year. I was dissatisfied. I heard there is Cinnaholic place in EP. So I’ll try that next. I’ll start supporting local more I guess.
