We had to leave after 5 min. Really bad customer service the lady was there she didnt even great us or say ill be right with you. She make us feel really unconfortable not even eye contact. Hire some one profesional. 3/3 /24 12:45

I asked for a boba rose tea without milk and the girl in charge told me they don’t do it without the milk. “So I can’t just order a black tea with rose flavoring and you not put milk in it?” They have milk substitute but I need milk in it. I told her that’s my usual order at the basset location and she said it’s in their milk tea policy apparently to not serve tea without milk. I told her that I’ve ordered that tea from the actual owner himself since they first opened at basset and she said well they shouldn’t do that and she would talk to them. So you can’t order regular black tea without milk at least this location and they don’t even attempt to try and work with the customer.

First visit there was a good experience. Was craving the drink and decided to drive 30 minutes just to arrive and them say they are out of boba. A boba place out of boba? Crazy. Still decided to get the drink with out boba and it was absolutely disgusting. All i got was a cup with milk and ice. Decided to give them a THIRD try. Arrived asked for a drink and they were out. I asked for 4 different drinks and they did not have any. From all the drinks shown on the menu, they only had like 5 the most. Biggest disappointment. Don't understand why this store is opened if they don't have anything. I will never even bother to stop by ever again in my life.
I loved the lychee boba green tea!!! Totally recommend this drink if you want something sweet! Also, the mall is super nice!!!

This is the best boba I’ve EVER had! Their menu had many options for add ons and tea flavor. I travel frequently and I’ve had boba in LA, Vegas, San Fran, Houston etc. I ordered a honeydew melon tea, with strawberry popping boba and grass leaf jelly??

Staff was really helpful and sweet! I got the pineapple green tea and loved it! Really love this place, I've been here many times and will keep coming! Totally recommend it!
