Here is a question. Why say your open 24 hours if your not open? My wife and I tried to go last night thinking its open and its closed, but there is a but red 24hour open sign hanging over the front door. Very disappointed.

They say their open walked in stood at the front then wondered to the door of the kitchen. No help no contact no nothing. Never saw a business like this. Never ever. Maybe this was a mistaken hours of operation. It the employees forgot to lock the doors. This was at 8 PM.

I came in for breakfast with 2 other people, 3 total. When it was time to pay, we split payments 3 ways, our waitress Yvette showed me a total of $16 for two pancakes and a sausage, my friend had a total of $26, and the other had a total of $8. I paid and asked her if the tablet gonna ask me how much i wanted to tip? She said “I’ll bring the receipt and you can sign it”. Okay no problem. We waited 10 minutes for her to bring the receipt and she never came back. So I started to get suspicious because $16 doesn’t make sense for what i ordered, i checked my bank and it charged $12, meaning she added a tip of $4 WITHOUT MY CONSENT. In total she added $10 of tips without asking any of us. Like she assumed we weren’t going to tip!! So we went to the front and asked the other server to tell her to bring our receipt, another 10 minutes, she was avoiding us because she knew she did wrong. When she finally came to the front, she said “It charged you that because when you pressed pay, it went through” I told her that I didn’t add any tip yet so why is there a tip? She seemed unapologetic and said “I’ll give you cash back”, didn’t even offer a refund or anything. We spoke to the manager on the phone and he was aware of the situation, acted very nonchalant and irritated and was rushing to hang up the call when we asked to dispute the charge. This was so wrong and she needs to be talked to because I’ve NEVER had a server add their own tip, it’s disrespectful and she screwed herself because we are usually big tippers.

I just came here to say: always request your receipts! Yesterday I went to have breakfast, the food was in smaller portions than other locations, and seemed like it was food from yesterday… anyways when I requested the check the waitress said it would be faster to pay with her and showed me a total of $45 on her device and stood right there waiting for the payment. I asked her to see a receipt and she said “my mistake” and then gave me a total of $40. I gave her a 50 dollar bill, then she proceeds to ask if I was going to wait for any change and I told her “yes, and the receipt.” She comes back with a 10 dollar bill and no receipt. I ask her once again can I get my receipt? She proceeds to go to the computer, to the front entrance, to talk with other coworkers, then to the kitchen. She comes back with my receipt and 5 dollars and leaves them on the table. My total was 35 dollars including tax. I do not appreciate her trying to charge for tips “her way.” I will not come back. Usually I tip them 10-15 dollars because every Sunday I go they are really busy and running around. But that is my decision, she had no right to make up totals to get tipped.
Showed up at 9pm say they couldn't take my party of 5 cuz they close at 10 always understaffed shifty as service

I try to put an order to pick up and lady that answers the phone put me on hold for over 5 min, I call back again and seme lady told me i am sorry we are busy and hang up on me. Horrible service if you are busy and can't handle phone calls dont offer this service.
