Saw the place, wife and I stopped by. Cool place, new furniture. Not a lot of people...20 maybe. Ordered 4 tacos for me 2 for her, queso fundido for both. Queso got there fairly quick. Tacos took a little long, got there a little cold. The salsas took a little long as well. They only gave is three little tortillas for the queso so ordered some more. 15 minutes later, we had to remind the server. It's like he brought one item at a time, slow service, cold tacos. Oh, warm beer. Almost forgot about that. The place has potential but with this management, may not not make it. All in all, over priced tacos, slooooooow service and warm beer. I'll give it another try later. Hopefully it will be a better experience.

Service is trash. Sat at the bar took 30 mins to get a canned beer. Bartender was blind she had her glasses on but missed certain people. I understand its new but they had plenty of staff and it wasnt packed.

The tuna was grey and slimy. Probably spoiled, but only a tuna expert would be able to know. This happened only one time. The picture depicts how tuna should look, not grey, or spoiled tasting. After waiter convinced me this was an upscale restaurant,( they check the dates of food) I ate it, given the other choice was then taking it back I get no food.

Decided to try this place, and the tacos are EXCELLENT. Simple menu, but all tacos on point. Def my go to taco spot! The service was also EXCELLENT…. Welcoming and kind and lots of smiles. Atmosphere great, beautiful. 10/10

We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at Madre Rosa and it was a fantastic place to have a large group! The music was so much fun to dance to, the cocktails were good and the food was delicious! There was a variety of tacos to choose from and the queso is addictive! It is a must visit!

Great local place for tacos, tostadas, and ceviche. Everything is a la carte, and good portions that you could easily try two items. We had the elote, which was very flavorful. The ribeye tacos were cooked well, and the shrimp tacos had a smoky flavor we enjoyed. The tuna ceviche was a delight made with fresh ingredients. We finished with the churros which we thought were some of the best we've had. Our server Jen was very helpful and explained the menu and made some excellent recommendations. We definitely will be back to try the drinks for a date night.

This place is an absolute must-try. The chicharrón prensado is meaty and crispy. The tortillas de maíz have an earthy corn flavor. We tried the volcanes (tostadas) de camarón and spicy tuna. Both very fresh and delicious. The tacos de champiñones were my favorite! We also ordered the pescado frito, pollo adobado and colita de pavo tacos: all great. We like that everything is a la carte and we could order one item from each section.
