Me and my husband came from Cruces and we'll definitely be back. We got the Cuban sandwich, pernil sandwich, tostones and an alcapurria. As a Puerto Rican, this is definitely authentic Caribbean food. The staff is sweet and welcoming too. Would give 10 stars if I could. Give them a shot.
The food was spectacular. The Cuban sandwich was delicious. We got some tostones and they're to die for. The personal was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend Maracas to everyone.
Maracas y Sabor on El Paso's west side is a must-visit! Jose's fantastic, welcoming service and conversation about Caribbean food made it memorable. Their Cuban sandwiches are incredibly juicy, huge (12-inch can feed two!), and reasonably priced. The atmosphere feels just like a local Caribbean spot back home, with a warm vibe and great Puerto Rican music. A truly delightful experience!
