This location is TERRIBLE and every day keeps going down and down. Pizza burnt, kids working there have ZERO customer service skills, zero hygene, they have their girlfriends and boyfriends kissing in front of customers and they are straight up rude. I have no idea why sbarro have no managers or supervisors checking this location.

The restroom are so nice that you can wipe your butt tocks like a baby, and also yogo berry is so good they have this hot Asian dude that comes out in karate kid.

One of the teenage boys working there was very unprofessional. He was just standing around while a line of people were forming (no greeting, no offer to help with orders). I had to wait for someone else to come from the back. He continued to stand there off to the side goofing off and making loud sounds while the other 2 employees were trying to work. The only "work" I did see him do was consolidate pizza from one tray to another. But he chose to do this the exact moment they started getting my order. He was plopping pizza slices on the tray next to the slice they were attempting to get for me...making it difficult for them to get my order. He thought it was hilarious and was laughing ( did this a few times). Finally, they had to physically pick up and move the tray away from him so he'd stop.

This is the worst Sbarro location I’ve ever seen. The manager needs to be fired. On multiple occasions they have zero pizza cooked. It’s always a new excuse. This last time it’s something about the oven not working.There is usually nobody at the front counter. Sometimes it’s one single employee in the back and you wait 5 minutes for them to come out.The Sbarro across town is miles better and always has fresh pizza ready to go. This location is a joke.

Super bad service. The boys working had no idea what they were doing. The pizza was burnt and had 20 minute wait after they sold more than they had. The kids didn't even wash their hands or switch out gloves between handling food and register.

Very disorganized. Messed up my order by giving my slice to the person ahead of me and only gave me 1 of the smallest breadsticks for the combo instead of 2. It was on my lunch break so I couldn't go back to have it corrected.
Came around 7:25 to grab some pizza. Was told it would take 10 minutes and almost thirty minutes later....I'm still waiting.. Should of gone to Lil Cs. Paid $10 for 2 slices
