My kid was having a rough day and asked for a hot fudge sundae. We got her one from this place and she didn’t eat it. We asked her what was wrong and she said it tasted funny. The hot fudge was like a rock and the whole thing tasted burnt. They must have chipped the burnt remnants out of the pot and served it.

The lady working at the drive thru was extremely rude. She was dismissive over our questions and just brought up paying out of nowhere when we were trying to find a solution. Will not be coming back to this location.

They always get my order wrong. They actually got it right this time but didn't put any condiments in the bag. So, yeah. Still dissatisfied with this location.

Emma at drive thru was very happy and sweet she was very helpful as for the cook when i checked my food i realized they forgot the chilli on my chilli cheese tots all they put was the cheese

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Sonic is always a frustrating experience. The speaker system is terrible — no matter how loud I talk, they can never hear me. Today I was here with my husband, and even after repeating the order about 10 times, the person was still confused.

On top of that, they constantly get my food wrong. If I ask for something simple like no pickles or try to take a couple of things off my burger, it’s like they just ignore it. It feels like if you customize your food even a little, they just don’t bother doing it right.

It’s really disappointing because Sonic should be convenient, but instead it ends up being stressful and frustrating every time.

This place needs some serious training. The lines were super long and the workers were extremely slow. Never repeated my order and never came back to speaker. Pulled up to window and order was never taken. Had to wait over 30 minutes from start to finish. To top it off they got order wrong.

Worse sonic ive been too in 13 states, waited at a stall for 10 mins and no one took our order, went thru drive thru, got 4 drinks. Was charged for someone else's order, couldnt get ours right to save thier life

Ended up still going home with the wrong drinks. Can't make a simple large lemonade watermelon slush, kept giving us a medium when we paid for a large, and to make it worse after redoing it 3 times it came oit as just a watermelon slush

Absolutely the worse sonic I have been to in 13 states. Do better sonic

We were there for like about 30 minutes in those menus outside waiting to get our order taken,but we never got them taken.So we decided to leave and go through the Drive-Thru.This is unacceptable as a food restaurant ,we expected the best from them but we didn’t received it.
