October 31, 2024, a young man named Brandon who works here always ALWAYS forgets something I order, cold food, which the dial doesn't hear, he comes out with a terrible attitude, when I pay with cash he lacks money, he throws things at me, you know me I like going to Sonic, I enjoy their food, I go once a week either for food for everyone or for drinks, I don't like to lie in my reviews nor do I like to take things personal, I wish the manager could fix this, Maybe he doesn't like his job anymore or he lacks training, I live close by that's why I go here very often, I'll have to drive to the next sonic or dairy queen is closer

Can't get orders right

We have ordered on the app multiple times but any time after 9 pm they seem to be ignoring the drive-thru. We have waited 10 minutes and had to just drive up to the window to get our order even though no one is in the stalls or anything. They just don't answer. They had our order when we pulled up and my ice was half melted, but they never attempted to respond when we were at the drive thru. This has happened more than once in the same week and it's always later at night. I understand there can be staffing issues but no one answering at all when no other people are there to be served is extreme.

Ordered two drinks and a cheesy tots to continue our road trip. The car hop was very polite. When on the road my teen opened her tots and found not only unmelted American cheese but the tots were old and extra crunchy and cool to the touch. Double check your orders before leaving.

Excellent service, and even more so because they come to your car to take it and you don't need to get out! They have many options and everything is delicious. I recommend the milkshakes and the burgers. They also have several desserts and serve day and night! It would only be nice if they offered vegan options, other than that everything was very good and an excellent place. Another of my recommendations are Slushies and hot dogs from Tenders.

Ok, maybe it’s should get 4 stars for the food but based in the complaints I saw, they deserve better rating - it not Gourmet food nor have the ever claimed to be… still better than McDs any day.
