Really good Mexican food. No, more like really, really good food. And muuy authentico! Probably a larger portion of food than you should have if you are leading the sedentary lifestyle of a trucker. Food came out fast and the front of the house was fast and efficient as well. And, I think their prices vould easily becraised a couple dollars and I would not flinch. They are open 7 days a week. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have been there 3x this week.
Trucker here. I always stop here when it’s open and I drive by. It’s been a while but I remember the caldo de res /beef stew I got one this time but will get 2 to stock up it’s that good. And I always try something new. This time it was juevos rancheros. I wouldn’t get that again. Will try something new next time and report in. Their homemade hot sauce is good so is the green stuff.
Good food, good service, good prices, I wrote this review about 5 yrs ago, but now I wonder what happened to the taste of the dishes, is going down, today I had fish and shrimp soup, with no flavor at all, only colors, almost like water, I hope it will go back to what it was before, I've been their customer since they opened.
