This place doesn't deserve even a star. This review is being posted after waiting for a reply to a post to the restaraunt which never came. Service at the Canutillo store is not just bad. its almost criminal. Waited 35 minutes in drive-thru, and had to get out of vehicle to get someone only to be told the meal had been sitting on the counter for 20 of the 35 minutes I waited. The servers response was "my bad". No apology, no offer to compensate, no empathy, or even common courtesy. Asked for the manager Ruby, who laughed and insulted me. They could not even get the refund right so I paid 38.00 for almost an hour without a meal. Taco Tote USED to be our go to mexican restetaunt. No mas!!

Terrible customer service the coke machine was not working the refried beans were dried the rice looked like it was smashed into the can. They need to put out the condiment’s and things back the way it used to be. This ain’t taco tote it’s taco mess

My two children, my wife and I went regularly. This time a young man between 30 and 38 years old attended us, wearing a polo shirt of a different color than the rest. I suppose he is a manager, who closed his eye to my wife. I didn't realize it until We arrived at the house and she told me and because of that detail, so sick of this disrespectful guy, we will not go to that branch again.
