One thing… there are flies all over the toppings. Please please put some lids on them, it’s so unsanitary. Seriously it’s pretty bad. Other than that the froyo is good!

I went in today on 03/08/24 around 630p... bought a cup worth $7+. The cheesecake flavor did not taste so great, so I moved onto the matcha, and I've never tasted food so foul before. It tasted like actual vomit. I was so upset as we already drove away. This has definitely put me off frozen yogurt from yogoberry ever again. I should have gone with my gut as the first red flag was seeing it come out of the machine in goops. I don't think they clean the machines at all.

Tried to order something and three employees completely ignored me and kept talking to each other by the registers. A chick with blue hair walked out of the back and looked straight at me and still did not come to the register to take my order. I just walked away and got a lemonade from Charley's instead lmao

Awful customer service, female employee with blue hair at the registrar had a very bad attitude. They need to either better train employees or rather don’t have them be the face of their company. I was still pouring some almonds on my yogurt but she was so concerned about closing time that pretty much almost grabbed the spoon of my hand. What a shame, I ain’t coming back, plenty of places where I can buy a yogurt for $13.00 and get better service, I hope management takes a peek on this review and do better

Came here on Thursday, it was pretty empty but I was able to have a conversation with one of the employees. She was kind and polite, I wish I would have gotten her name.
The vanilla frozen yogurt and one of the ingredients in the blended cream were rancid. Another customer also complained to the manager.
