I wish I could give zero stars. This location was such a bad experience. First, no sample cups to try and when asked about sample cups the lady looked at me like I’m crazy. Not a crazy question in my opinion because other places offer them. Next, most ice cream flavors were out of order or empty. No one cared to refill and just said „Oh I guess it’s not working either and just pick from the working ones“. Also, the fruit toppings looked old especially the strawberries. The flavor of the ice cream wasn’t bad but also nothing special to make up for the bad experience and it was kind of expensive considering what you get. To top it, staff was just busy on their phones. Go somewhere else for a nice frozen yogurt with fresh toppings experience!

I don’t even want to place one star on this review the Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced Do Not Go Here ! The rude kids working there have no manners ..They will tell you not to make a mess we were about to touch the toppings when he gave us the “don’t make a mess “ because he had just cleaned assuming that we should be grateful that we even let you get yogurt we had already closed… it was around 8:35pm when they should close at 9pm ..I was in shock I was like I didn’t even know that you guys were closed .. the guy had the ugliest customer service rolling his eyes and everything … please do something about this place don’t have people that don’t want to be there do them the favor of letting them go …

The drink was amazing the customer service even better. I wasn’t sure of what to get and the young man that’s was there on 8/21/25 at around 7:30 pm was super nice and helped me out !!!!

Man the health department needs to examine this place workers don’t wash their hands, dirty looking utensils. I told the worker on 7/28 at 1735 that I never watched him wash his hands preparing our food. He said “we wash them in the back.” He NEVER went to the back he was on his phone watching videos when we walked up. Extremely rude to my son, never took out his EarPod to attend us. He said he didn’t want to come work today, IT SHOWS!!! No wonder this place has low star reviews. DO NOT COME!

This eatery location is very dirty. I have seen a crawling insect crawling on the serving cups. El Paso health department needs to check this place. The whole court food cleanliness is terrible. I don’t know why nobody complained about it. Top it off it is very expensive for a small cup of not good ice cream, bad service and last time payment was only cash or tap!!!

The kids working at YogoBerry in the Premium Outlets need another job. The tall kid, got the order wrong then he told me he would remake with correct order. Which was supposed to be a Japanese Green Tea with drizzle of chocolate on top. He made with nothing but chocolate and there was no green tea at all , nothing but chocolate!! If I could give no stars I’d would!! Buyer beware before you buy from this place!! They need a new staff completely!! To the owner, check the camera that was in the top right corner for 5/31/25 at 4:50pm

They seem like they don’t know what they’re doing and when I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, they initially forgot to put it in and I had asked them if they put the banana in that’s when they told me they were out of it, which I told him that I wish they would’ve told me that But then they ended up cutting some up in the back, but then they seem to be new and not sure how to make this smoothie which came out really Runny and it’s not supposed to be runny it’s supposed to be thick, but the taste overall was still good
