Stopped here on drive from Austin to Beaumont to buy some Weikel's kokaches. When i stopped in Brenham for gas, i found out Weikel's has a bakery and delicious sandwiches there where 290 turns right. No need to stop in Carmine.

Nice clean store I ever seen food it’s really good
I often stop here on my way back from the Giddings area. Bathrooms are clean. Bakery items are delicious and they have lots of cute gift items etc. A great stop while traveling to stretch your legs and grab a bite. Perfect stop if you don't want to battle the Buc-cees crowd in Giddings.
