How does the saying go? One picture is worth a thousand words. everytime I come here it’s always a bad experience

How is it that when theres something being made, it’s made half made, on multiple occasions, I’ve asked for any type of topping that’s supposed to be on there already, but it’s clearly not.
Italian cheese bread, for example, supposed to be more than just bread and cheese?
Where was the spices or any of the toppings, just throwing something in a box and calling it good, right?
Another example, crazy bread,
Literally just bread, butter and Parmesan,
How is it, that just about every time, something is missing, not the bread clearly, it’s either dry bread from lack of butter, or just bread with no cheese?
Like tf ?!
I’ll be coming for my money back!

Wanted to order a pizza but told only doing pepperoni pizzas. Hope they can put their head out and take care of customers.

Ok, so a quick stop on the way home, but was it worth it. Service provided and atmosphere for a Little Caesars acceptable. So the bad was the product of crazy bread, stuffed crazy bread, stuffed crust with black olives, green peppers, mushrooms, and onion finished off with a Twix brownie. Now, the not so good part. The crazy bread was opened and was cooked well done... beginning to burn, open the stuffed crazy bread, and saw the same, ok now, the pizza was opened only to see it was pepperoni, and last but not least, where's the brownie.... none! So, I called the store and informed them of the order and was provided a couple of options. The options were as follows I could come back and get more pizza(s) or void the whole order. I have to say the second option was a saving face for the service. I can only say this was our experience.

My experience at Little Caesar's left much to be desired. On two separate occasions, I found the lights out and the staff seemingly disinterested in serving customers, despite it being during their advertised hours. When I inquired about their availability, the response was lackluster, with only two pepperoni pizzas available. Returning the next day yielded the same disappointing result, with limited menu options and an apparent lack of willingness to serve. This inconsistency and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend this location. It's a shame, as the food could potentially be enjoyable if the service matched. Hopefully, the management takes note and implements changes to improve the overall experience for customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION

they are the worst little ceasars in the country they never have anything ready they close a hour earlier then what is posted on the door and online . They don’t answer the phone to take orders and my wife just tried to go through the drive through to place an order and they told her it had to be done online and refused service. They have nothing but bad reviews and the owner apparently doesn’t care because people have been complaining for years and they do nothing to fix it . So how can it be profitable and stay open must be something going on behind closed doors

I waited 2 hours for an order and that never arrived. The store is not answering the phone and the delivery service, apparently this store doesn't have drivers, says they can only refund 80% of my money and that it will take 10-15 days for that to happen.

Not bad at all the pizza was really good, the service was exceptional and honestly they were pretty quick with getting the food out in time to me.

Pick up counter closed as if its still in the 2019-2020 covid era. Guys in the back lookin like they juat got out TDCJ and wanna eye ball everybody. No good customer service at all. Just bought the pizza and i'm outta there.
