If I could leave a negative review I would. Service was horrible. Food was cold. Delivery took 30 minutes longer than expected. And when trying to call the store, no one answers.

Pizza hut never really has ever failed me the pizza is always made the way I like it and ask for it..the employees are always so nice to me and it really is a great goto when you don't want to cook or are tired of the same thing all wk long but then again I am a pizza lover myself 🫰😁✌️

Needed 15 pizza's for a hungry Rig Up crew. Most pizza places would groan if you order that many and needed them quick. Only took about 40 minutes. The assorted pizza's were real good and they helped carry them to my pickup. Very good Pizza Hut in Carrizo Springs !!!
Good old style pizza hut. We got a large super supreme thin crust for $12.00+ tax. It was delicious.

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese (which costs extra) and when I received the pizza it barely had any cheese at all. I brought it to the employees attention which they replied “that is extra cheese”, so then I asked for a refund and they would not refund me. I then asked for the manager which the employee said he would be right out. I waited about 15 minutes and he/she never came so I left and called corporate. They will not get my money again.

Had a very nice meal with family only to have it ruin by the manager .He had a waitress chase me down fo r not paying my ticket, told her I had already paid my ticket. She says no my manager says you didn't. I hand her my receipt and she takes it inside to show him. No apology from the manager. You don't accuse anybody of stealing without proof., you jerk.
