Not good service
I have ordered online a few times and each time they are rude and disrespectful. The workers I have encountered when picking up, which shouldn't be a problem right cause they see your order already not asking you, but that's not the way it is. From the workers to the manager they have all been rude it's like I get it some people are rude to them but it's hard when your nice and they give you attitude which in turns just ruins your meal cause of all that negativity. I have opted a few times to travel to Crystal City Subway where they don't give you attitude which is a shame cause Subway is always ensuring you have a great experience by choosing to eat fresh. I have service 1 star cause the food is fresh and good.
The whole meal was terrible the sandwiches were not warm even after asking for it to be toasted the vegetables were soggy and gross? I got two of them and I honestly threw them away even the mayonnaise was sour the two lady's behind the counter looked like they were dead we had to repeat our order over and over again they were not listening to anything we had to say the philly & cheese my son had was cold n it is supposed to come with cheese but when he opened it up they forgot to put any on and the green peppers were slimy-ish and it was so dry almost like the bread was stale so I waited 2yrs here in carrizo Springs to eat at subway and it definitely was not worth it I honestly would give know stars for the subway here in carrizo Springs TX

Worst attitude award goes to the Assistant manager. B**** never even looked at when she was taking my order. Kept ignoring me when I tried to give her my order.

Man I have had such scattered experiences but the latter gave usually been poor. Today was exceptionally poor. So before I have gotten food poisoning and when I emailed them I got a. "We will try to do better next time". And then next time comes and it's the same problem. I love the sandwiches but this Subway specifically is so bad! I was rudely talked to and then ignored for like a few minutes. Also I understand that your worker was working on another order but when you come to work on mine and then proceed to only speak seconds to me only to go and work on another order is beyond rude. You start with someone's food and you should continue up until the toasting process where you have time to do something else. Also the new metal cover for the meats just screams " We don't want you to see the quality of the making of your sandwich and how the meat looks". This Subway has a horrible habit of leaving that meat section uncovered allowing flies to land on the meat, so this cover just adds to the concept of hiding their poor quality. I think this might be the last time I get subway, at the very least here.

This place is located inside a convenience store and is open 24 hrs Saturday, Sunday, and Monday which is good. The reason I gave a three is that I ordered two 6-inch subs and they were both wrong. Mine was a Spicy Italian and there was no ranch and hardly any meat. my friend was a Cold Cut Combo and it was supposed to have mayo, but they put vinaigrette. It's wasn't posted but the bread was hard like it had been toasted. I don't know if I would go here again.

Excellent workers and service. When my friends come from outa town, I tell them to go there.
Only recently have I been eating more Subway and for the past maybe 3-4 days now, they’ve constantly messed up my order. They always forget toppings or put the toppings on the wrong sandwich. I usually place an order online and pick it up, I seriously don’t understand how they CAN’T READ the items listed on the screen. :/ Yesterday, I asked for avocado and extra cheese, and I got neither… (lmao) Additionally, they forgot the bags of chips and drinks that came with the sandwiches as a meal. Today, I picked up my food once again, checked the sandwiches and AGAIN they didn’t add the bacon or cheese? So there I am waiting an additional 15-20 minutes to get my sandwich fixed. It’s been a back-to-back thing, and today I was just so upset over it. I’m literally paying an extra $3 PER sandwich to not receive the add-ons that I request? I really enjoy the food but they’ve definitely gotta start reading the screen, my patience is running real low with the place and that’s because I have a decent amount of patience man.

Ordered online with pickup. Sandwich was not toasted as ordered and I received lays not baked lays. I attempted to call the store with no answer. Disappointed ☹️
