Bar & Grill in Carthage, TX

“For the record I RARELY leave reviews.. So I only come into Carthage about one to two times a year for work and we always go to the same place.. but this time we mixed it up.. and glad we did!! If it counts for anything, I got the plain Jane burger (because you can’t mess a simple burger up right?) and WELLL it is anything but plain! Simple? yes, delicious? YES! And this is from someone who orders to go while everyone else eats in but I eat a couple hours later in the comfort of my room.. So yea 2 hours after cooked the bread was still fully intact and not soggy which was a VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE!! I can about imagine how good everything else on the menu could be! Needless to say, I’ll be impatiently waiting for my next work trip into Carthage for this burger! OH and the young lady who tended to us was SUPER SWEET and helpful throughout our couple hours there!“
