So, I’m here now and the window posters, menu board and paper menu all say 2 sides come with my order. The young lady that helped me said the register will only allow her to ring in one. When I questioned it; her response was “I don’t know, I just work here.” Not only that, I’m still being upcharged for the side I chose. No, she wasn’t rude but I’m just confused. How is your false advertising the customer’s responsibility?

Pay attention to your ticket because they try to add extra charges. They charge me for tartar sauce because they gave me 2 even though I don't eat tartar nor did I ask for tartar. I always check my ticket as they ring it because they have done this many times. I only go here because my husband likes grilled fish.
I ordered a shrimp po boy and got a fish po boy. I had also ordered a lunch special which was fish and the fish had a burnt taste to it! If I could give them a zero I would.

So first time trying this was in Carthage and hungry decided to try something new which I shouldn’t have lol I’ll start with I get a po boy and I got everything to go and I get 2 sandwiches cool but only 2 small shrimp in one and 3 in the other and they put sauce on the sandwiches that are Togo so obviously my sandwich is soggy n falling apart as someone who works food u don’t put sauce on anything that’s Togo cuz the customer will complain so here I am lol the Mac n cheese smelt weird tasted old and had no flavor only thing that was alright was the fried fish n red beans n rice
