They drove 13 hours from TX to WNC to provide food for; not only people in need, but frontline workers performing disaster relief. All for the sake of being humanitarian. I've never been to Texas, nor had Texas BBQ, but I'm willing to drive 13 hours just to reciprocate. If you decide to give them a try, definitely go for the smoked chicken. You will not be disappointed.

Found this place while working just over the border in LA. What an awesome, unassuming little spot with a really friendly staff. Stopped in for a late lunch so they were out of pulled pork and ribs which I normally have. I was still able to try the brisket, chicken and jalepeno cheese sausage. The meats were good all around, but the chicken really stood out. It was tender and surprisingly moist with an amazing spice rub. Will definitely be back when I’m in this area again.
Excellent bbq sandwich. Cowboy beans were EXTRA good. Didn't care for the Mac and cheese. Banana pudding was good.

Hands down the VERY BEST BBQ, I've had. Their prices are great along with the food. Service is prompt and did with a Smile, cleanliness is Awesome. Their menu has variety! From pineapple link sausage to BBQ tacos. I've never been disappointed! The owners, they give back. Whether it be hometown, across the state or neighbor, it shows in their Food and Emoloyees.

So...I found the Circle H Food Trailer in Timpson, TX today. Let me tell you, you MUST try this BBQ !!! By FAR the best in 4 counties if not more. Friendly people, quick service, and excellent BBQ with sides.EVERYTHING on my plate was amazing. They are in Timpson on Tuesdays. Please stop by and support them. They have many options on their menu. You will not be disappointed.?
