Passing through and wanted an option other than fast food. No frills. About a third of the tables were full upon entering on a Friday night for supper. Requested a BLT, but was told they were out of bacon...ended up ordering a grilled cheese with chips. Requested a children's pizza rolls, but were out of stock, ended up with a grilled cheese with fries. Requested a burger with onion rings. All choices were good with portion size and were tasty. Server was very attentive. At the time we were there most of the people were elderly. In a strip mall behind street facing buildings, so use gps to find the exact location.

I always place orders to go. And the food is delicious. But if i ask if they have any baked potatoes left the person that answers the phone acts like she don't want to check like she don't have time i know they get busy. But i want to know so I can get mashed potatoes if They are out of baked potatoes so they won't be putting what they want. They put turnip greens a couple of times and I don't like them . Also I like to choice the gravy I want along with extra gravy cause it is almost dry on the chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken by the 2 minutes to get home. Also at lunch u have to ask about dessert and drink cause they won't tell us it comes with it. And Texas toast. Not trying to start anything for the person that works there just letting boss know to help improve business. Cause we do like the food. It is delicious.

The burger was top notch. The fries and onion rings were very good. I also ordered a single crispy beef taco and it was way better than it had any right being! Absolutely loved this place. Great food, price, and service.
Best food we have had in a very long time. Probably since we left our Southern Momma’s and grandmother’s home and moved out on our own! Excellent food and the waitresses were so so friendly. Food served pretty quick. A place you need to put on your list to dine for sure. Oh and the strawberry icebox pie was to die for.

Employees were extremely rude They acted annoyed we came to the restaurant. 2 other customer walked in right before 8 and right after and they told them they were closed and were extremely rude. The door was not locked and there was no closed sign on the door. Our potatoes were so cold they felt like they had come out of the refrigerator. We never send food back and had to ask them to warm them up which also seemed to upset them.
