I was disappointed, couldn’t make a dipped cone! DQ come on! Time to update your equipment and get your A/C working. Really Sad, want be coming back to this location. Logansport DQ does the ice cream right! DQ Carthage I know you can do better than this, once again I was disappointed! Takes forever and I spend $15 bucks on blizzards! Don’t waste your time!

Poor customer service, waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line for two small blizzards while it was slow.
I LOVE Dairy Queen. I have been to many DQ’s across Texas from here to West TX. This location has to be the single worst one that I have visited. Fountain drinks were flat. The tacos I ordered had stale shells. If I hadn’t have asked for cups for drinks we probably would have never gotten them. Service was slowwwww. We will not be returning to this location again.

Order the large blizard and it's probably the first time they ever did not turn it upside down before handing it out the window. Cup was half inch overfilled and the machine must have been in defrost mode because as soon as the cup cleared the window the liquid ice cream ran down the cup onto my clothes.

This Dairy Queen lives up the the 5 star reputation of the franchise. The tall dude was very friendly and our order was prepared correctly, quickly and was hot and fresh. It was a little smoky inside but that’s how you know they’re cooking and not microwaving 😆
The restroom was clean but I have an issue. Going from a 1-1/4” tailpiece from the lavatory to a 1-1/2” p-trap is fine but back to a 1-1/4” trap arm?? And with a reducing fernco band? That’s some ugly plumbing.
Also, generally best practice is to have the flush handle of the toilet facing away from the wall. This is for people with disabilities but it’s nice for everyone.
Last thing, it’s time to replace the air filter in the lobby. Maybe it’s a 24x48”?
