The young lady working was very unfriendly and is probably better suited for work outside the service industry.
So, Vicki always will pin the blame on any of her employees and never takes the blame. She has no accountability for mistakes she clearly made. Also, she can’t stay professional in a conversation. One time Kyla called in sick to work and Vicki got upset even though Kyla had a doctor’s note and proof and Vicki verbally told me, “I hated how Kyla stayed professional that whole conversation”. The manager is inexperienced and has the tendency to close early without much notice. They have a hard time keeping staff so service could be good one day then suck the next day.
